- Brazil: Competitive queue for Brazil ends on March 4, 2024, at 23:00 PT.
- Europe: Competitive queue for Europe ends on March 5, 2024, at 13:00 PT.
- Korea: Competitive queue for Korea ends on March 5, 2024, at 06:00 PT.
- Latin America: Competitive queue for Latin America ends on March 4, 2024, at 23:00 PT.
Is Valorant Competitive Queue Down?
Shortly before Valorant Episode 8 Act 1 ends the competitive queue will be down prior to the new patch for Episode 8 Act 2. You will still be able to enjoy the game in other modes for a couple of hours so queue up while you still have the chance to reach the highest rank for the act! Please remember that unlike the beginning of Episode 8 your rank will not reset, after playing a game you’ll start off where you left from the previous act.

Another factor can be the time of day you’re queuing, I wouldn’t expect to find an instant match around 3-6am when the player population is low. Valorant over the patches has worked on fixes to improve your gaming experience where the quality is high rather than running into another smurf or players that are on their way out of their current ranks. Additional note after 5 minutes of queuing the game will search the next best server for a match.
